Over 30+ years, I've grown several businesses from the ground up. I've spent $1M+ on education, coaching, training and researching what makes teams really work -- and where teams go wrong. And I’ve used all of that, and my experience in coaching and working with very successful people, to create a unique system of strategies and tools I call the "Teamepreneur Journey." It’s a proven system I’ve used to build and help others build successful teams – whether it’s your business team or the many other teams that you need to have your best life, like your health team, your spirtual team, and your family team. (Yes, these are teams too!)

I’ve also made a lot of mistakes. I’ve been at the bottom, from divorce to failed business partnerships. Because when you really invest your time in work and your business, your personal life can really suffer...and then when you shift to try to fix what's happening in your personal life, your work and your business can really suffer.

I’ve learned how – and how not – to show up in life. I'm now leading in a way and have had a level of success and happiness that I only once imagined.

What kind of team vehicle are you driving? Are you driving an old clunker? Or a high performance vehicle? My first car was a 1974 Mercury Comet that I inherited from my grandmother. It didn't have any air conditioning and burned oil. I broke down several times on the side of the road. I now have a car and an SUV that I've invested in, and I know I will get to exactly where I want to go.
